Nashville + Atlanta church leaders

Coffee and donuts for your next pastor gathering.

Bring Luke Twelve into the room for a practical, 15-minute conversation about church cash. We’ll cover coffee and donuts for confirmed small-group sessions.

For existing pastor, church administrator and finance-leadership groups. Each date, format and refreshment order is confirmed with your organizer.

Easy to fit into a meeting you already have

You bring the group.
We bring a useful conversation.

01

Tell us about your group

Send your city, expected headcount and a preferred date if you have one. This is a request, rather than an instant booking.

02

Agree the details together

We’ll confirm the refreshments, timing and whether an in-person visit or a short hosted video session fits your gathering.

03

Leave with a next step

Use the cash worksheet with your team. Anyone interested can separately request a walkthrough of Luke Twelve.

The conversation

What is already spoken for in your church’s cash?

A short session for the people making ministry decisions. We use an example church, so nobody needs to bring financial records or discuss their church’s numbers in the room.

The session includes a brief introduction to Luke Twelve’s church financial-planning software. There’s no subscription requirement.

A suggested 15-minute session

3 minutes
The question behind the bank balance
7 minutes
Work through the cash worksheet and see how L12 keeps the picture current
5 minutes
Questions and a worksheet your team can use afterward

We’ll agree the final format with your host so it fits the purpose of your gathering.

For group organizers

Let’s find a date that fits.

The pilot is designed for small gatherings in the Nashville and Atlanta areas. Groups of around 6–12 church leaders are a good starting point.

  • Pastor networks and ministerial gatherings
  • Church administrator and finance groups
  • Church leadership teams exploring better cash planning

Requests are reviewed individually. We’ll confirm availability and what we can provide before anything is booked or ordered. For a larger group, tell us the headcount and we’ll discuss the options.

A few details before you request

Is there a cost to our group?

Luke Twelve covers the coffee and donuts agreed for a confirmed pilot gathering. We’ll agree the headcount, order and format with your organizer first. There is no subscription requirement.

Do you provide the venue or organize attendance?

Your group provides its usual meeting location and invites its members. We arrange the agreed refreshments and cash-clarity session after confirming the details with you.

Will you need our church’s financial information?

No. We use an illustrative example in the group session. The free cash worksheet can be used privately afterward, and an individual walkthrough is optional.

Can you visit a group outside Nashville or Atlanta?

This pilot starts in those two areas. You can use the free online cash check anywhere or request an individual demo.

What happens after we submit?

We’ll review your request and email you to discuss availability. A gathering is confirmed only after we agree the date, format, headcount and refreshments together.
